Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 14, 2026.

3P Safety Inspections (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a division of 3P Safety Services, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you visit 3psafetyinspections.com or contact us for a crane inspection or quote, how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. By using our website or reaching out to us, you agree to this Policy.

We are an independent, third-party crane and lifting-equipment inspection company. We are not in the business of selling data. We collect only what we need to answer your questions, schedule and perform inspections, and run our website.

The Short Version

Who This Policy Applies To

This Policy applies to people who visit our website and to the people and businesses who contact us for a quote, schedule an inspection, or otherwise communicate with us. It covers the personal information we are responsible for. It does not cover the separate websites of our sister brands, or any third-party website you reach through a link from ours. Each of those has its own policy.

Information We Collect

We collect two kinds of information: what you give us directly, and what is collected automatically when you use the site.

Information you give us

When you request a quote, fill out a contact form, call, or email us, you may give us:

Our quote and contact forms are powered by Zoho Bigin, the customer-relationship tool we use to manage inquiries. When you submit a form, that information goes into the system so we can follow up with you.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours collects some technical information on its own when you visit:

We collect this through Google Analytics and through the standard logs kept by our web host. It helps us see how the site is used and how to make it better. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect payment-card numbers through this website. We invoice for completed work separately. We also do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as health, biometric, racial or ethnic, or government-ID data, and we have no need for it. Please do not send that kind of information through our forms or email.

The Tools We Use to Run This Site

We name the main outside services that help us operate, because they may handle some of your information on our behalf:

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy and its agreement with us. We use reputable providers and share only what they need to do their job.

What We Collect and Why, in Detail

Here is a closer look at the categories of information we handle, where each one comes from, and why we use it.

We collect only what fits these purposes. If we ever want to use your information for something new, we will update this Policy first and, where the law requires, ask for your consent.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we do not sell it.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We use a small number of them, mainly to make the site work and to measure traffic through Google Analytics. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may change how parts of the site work. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only in these limited cases:

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this Policy — to provide our services, keep accurate business and inspection records, and meet legal requirements. Inspection records may be held for several years because of the standards and contracts our work involves. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. These include secure (HTTPS) connections on our website, access controls, and reputable service providers. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe and to limit who can see it. If a data breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

Your Privacy Rights and Choices

You can:

To make a request, email privacy@3psafety.net. We will respond within the time the law allows, and we may need to verify your identity first.

California Privacy Rights

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access or delete it, to correct it, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To use your rights, contact us at privacy@3psafety.net.

Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Several other states give their residents similar rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of their personal information. If you live in one of those states, you may use those rights by contacting us at the email above. We take the same basic approach to every request, wherever you live.

If You Are in the EEA or United Kingdom

Our work is based in the United States and serves U.S. job sites. If you contact us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information based on your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to you and running our business, or the need to take steps you ask for before we provide a service. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict your information, and to object to certain uses.

If your information is transferred to the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16 where that is the local standard. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to Other Websites

Our site links to other websites, including the official OSHA, ASME, and NCCCO pages and our sister brands. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. When you follow a link, read the privacy policy of the site you land on.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no agreed industry standard for how to answer it, so our site does not currently respond to those signals. You can still control tracking through your browser and cookie settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time as our practices, technology, or the law change. When we do, we post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date at the top. We will make major changes clear. Please check back so you know how we handle your information.
